This week at Pulling Together: 16/11/2018

This week at Pulling Together the group took part in an event for Interfaith week at Limelight Centre. and was a huge success. There was plenty of dialogue with lots of faiths looking at our similarities rather than the differences.Thank you to InkindDirect and The People’s Postcode Lottery for the funding to enable us to distribute a wide range of free goods to vulnerable people including Syrian women and children and people in local hostels.

This week at Pulling Together: 26/10/18

This week at Pulling Together the young women spoke about their relationships with the mother figures in their lives. They all decided that the women in their lives were often the most influential people that they had met and together they wrote and recorded a tribute to all their mothers.

Pulling Together would also like to thank Ross Bugden for allowing us to use his copyright free music in our most recent projects.

This week at Pulling Together: 17/08/2018

This week at Pulling Together the group met for an extra session but not in our usual Limelight Centre. This week we all met up at Manchester Piccadilly  Station and caught the train to Liverpool. Some of the young women had asked their mum’s to come with us to see China’s Terracotta Army at the World Museum in Liverpool. A great day out was had by all of us and it was a very interesting exhibition and a wonderful chance to discover what Liverpool has to offer.
